E-mail already in use?

What do I do if my e-mail is already in use?
You will not be able to create a new account, if you already have an Elvium account created with the same e-mail address. You already have an account if you previously applied for at job through Elvium's recruitment system.

Since you already used the system, you can easily access your account which saves your profile picture, education and work experience as well as an overview of previously applied positions. You can sign in to an existing account directly through Elvium's homepage here, where you sign in by clicking on the padlock symbol in the right corner.

Hereafter, you press "Candidate sign in".

You can now sign in to your Elvium account. In case you cannot remember your password, you can easily request to reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?". You can also click "Didn't receive confirmation instructions?", if you did not receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your Elvium account when signing up.

It is also possible to sign in to your Elvium account, if you are applying for a job that is listed via Elvium's recruitment system. There are multiple sign up options when applying for a job, as seen below.

For example:

  • e-mail
  • LinkedIn

Here, you can click "Apply with e-mail", where you will be asked to insert your e-mail address. The system recognizes if your e-mail address is new or already exists, whereto it will either ask you to sign up or sign in.

You also have the opportunity to reset your password or request a new confirmation e-mail here. You do so by clicking "Forgot your password?" or "Didn't receive confirmation instructions?" beneath the "Sign in" button.
