Why am I not able to upload documents?

If you experience problems uploading documents, it is often because the files are too large or in the wrong format. Your browser may also be too old.

Unsupported browser
The error usually occurs if you use a slightly older browser that is no longer supported. This could be Internet Explorer, for example. Problems usually disappear if you use a newer browser such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

Too large documents
It is allowed to attach documents up to 4 MB for each file and a maximum of 10 MB in total. If your files take up too much space, such as your PDF files, there are various options for compressing them or saving them in a smaller size.

Documents must be in the following format:

• PDF
• Word
• OpenOffice

Unsupported files:
Image files are not supported, eg:

• JPG
• PNG
• TIFF
• BMP

If you have followed all recommendations above, and still experience problems, we suggest restarting your browser.
